Sen. Marco Rubio outlines sweeping tax proposal with Utah Sen. Mike Lee
Sen. Marco Rubio, the Florida Republican nearing a run for president, outlined Wednesday a sweeping tax plan that would reduce the corporate tax rate to 25 percent and streamline individual tax rates to 15 percent and 35 percent.
