Clearwater to consider a big welcome sign like St. Petersburg's

CLEARWATER — At the western end of the Howard Frankland Bridge, St. Petersburg has a huge welcome sign, a 75-foot-tall copper-capped tower. (Local businessman Bill Edwards paid for it.)
