Two years later, Tampa's RNC host committee shuts down with charitable gifts — and a refund

TAMPA — The last delegate left town nearly 2½ years ago, but the Tampa Bay Host Committee for the 2012 Republican National Convention did not finally, officially, go out of business until this week.
