District girls basketball: Countryside 52, Northeast 45
ST. PETERSBURG — Countryside hopes of winning the school's first district title in girls basketball since 1993 did not start off well. The Cougars had two quick turnovers and fell behind 6-0 within the first two minutes against Northeast in Friday's Class 7A, District 9 final.
