Projectile may have hit Amtrak train before crash (w/video)

PHILADELPHIA — Right before the fatal derailment of an Amtrak train, a conductor said she thinks she heard the engineer say a window on the train had been "broken by something," National Transportation Safety Board member Robert Sumwalt said Friday.
