Authorities offer reward on Plant City suspect who carjacked minivan with kids inside

Authorities continued searching Tuesday for a suspect in Plant City who carjacked a minivan carrying two small children asleep in their car seats. The van was found about a half hour later abandoned, the children still inside and unharmed.
