CFO Jeff Atwater won't run for Senate in 2016

Scrambling the GOP field for Marco Rubio's U.S. Senate seat, state Chief Financial Officer Jeff Atwater has done an about-face and is telling people he has decided not to run for the Senate in 2016 after all.
